We removed the old neon in the existing 114 coffers throughout the ground floor and installing new LED to bring the area back to life. The project was completed over a 3 month period outside of trade hours and just under 2000m of LED was required.

If you've ever been to this centre at night its hard not to notice the "Super Roof LED", an amazing feature which has required some ongoing repairs which we assist with. Its another project that requires majority of work to be conducted out of hours and large access machinery and safety management.

A fresh new look for Pearl & Ash Cafe located in the popular Brickworks Centre in Southport.

There are six of these giant advertising signs on the facade of Pacific Fair, the internal lighting had been running for approx 8 years and in need of an upgrade so we stripped all six signs and installed new LED light fittings. The project was all done at night and involved large boom lifts, traffic management and even some abseiling with the assistance of Rope Access QLD.

This was a fantastic project to be involved with at a time when the electric car market is just taking off. We provided the mains supply, metering and switchboard for the first Tesla charging stations on the Gold Coast. The Tesla chargers were installed and commissioned by SAE Group. This can be found in the Valet parking area at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

De Ville Apartments at Main Beach conducted a refurbishment of their pool/bbq area and amenities building. We worked alongside BRS (Building Rectification Services) to complete the project.

One of the coasts busiest and high profile shopping and cafe precincts. Along with the recent upgrades to the building we completed a full lighting upgrade to the interior hanging pendant lights and the exterior facade wall lights.
